I’m so excited that it’s finally October. Because mainly it’s my 21st birthday on the 8th and Halloween and it starts to act like fall here in Florida. So the start of the month brings a new gold list so let’s get started.
Goals for me!
One of the main goals and I’m still working on is drinking water. I’ve been pretty good but I want to get better. Other than that continuing with my workout and my meditation. So I will say with all the stress of September and everything we’ve been doing I’ve noticed myself just getting so exhausted from it. Like I won’t even do anything but just the stress me thinking wears me out. So I went to work on that also.
Goals for the blog!
Just keep writing. One thing that I started doing that’s been working is I set a timer for an hour and in that hour I just have to keep working either on the block or emails and stuff like that. And I do that a couple times today and I noticed I get a lot of work done like that instead of doing it like all at once like a 5-hour time if I do it’s our a few times a day and if so I get more stuff done.
