My goals for 2020

A new decade is here. Which means a New Year’s here. Which means I have to make a goals list. Let’s go ahead and get right into it.

shirt-1526178325-c24020c460704cdb71edaf4032d56938One of the biggest things I need to work on is my anxiety. It has been so bad the past few months I have just been really hard to do anything. So I need to get control of that and work on it. Another thing that I need to really work on is managing time. This is something that I always struggled with I can’t manage my time. Are too much to do in one day and I had to get it all done. I need to really work on making time for everything getting all my stuff that I have to get done.

I really want to get out of my comfort zone more. I’ve been doing kind of good with that lately you want to keep working. I want to work on saying my how I feel. I have a hard time saying my feelings and letting people know when I’m mad or upset.

I think that mostly it besides keep working out and eating better and stuff like that. Let me know in the comments down below what are your goals for 2020

  1. I love making goals for the new year! I really want to work on writing more, being more bold and putting myself out there, and working on being the best version of myself–whatever that looks like. I have found that when I make my goals too specific and time limited, it causes my anxiety to go through the roof, so then I get overwhelmed and I just quit. So, I’m changing it up in 2020!
