A new decade is here. Which means a New Year’s here. Which means I have to make a goals list. Let’s go ahead and get right into it.
One of the biggest things I need to work on is my anxiety. It has been so bad the past few months I have just been really hard to do anything. So I need to get control of that and work on it. Another thing that I need to really work on is managing time. This is something that I always struggled with I can’t manage my time. Are too much to do in one day and I had to get it all done. I need to really work on making time for everything getting all my stuff that I have to get done.
I really want to get out of my comfort zone more. I’ve been doing kind of good with that lately you want to keep working. I want to work on saying my how I feel. I have a hard time saying my feelings and letting people know when I’m mad or upset.
